About Us

Brian is a third-generation real estate professional with hands-on experience across buying, selling, investing, and new construction. Over the past six years, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, while also developing and managing his own real estate portfolio alongside his wife, Lais.

Brian is actively involved in all aspects of the business, including property management, renovations, house flips, and new construction projects. He has personally remodeled every property in his portfolio, alongside his father, giving him a practical understanding of construction, value, and long-term investment strategy.

He is passionate about real estate and focused on helping clients achieve their goals through clear planning, strong execution, and a long-term mindset. Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and being with his young son.

Lais brings a strong analytical and project-driven approach to real estate. She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from BU and has a background in large-scale civil project cost management, where she specialized in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.

In addition to her analytical work, Lais has experience in property and casualty insurance, where she worked closely with clients and developed a strong foundation in communication and relationship management. She carries that same client-focused approach into real estate—ensuring each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Now working full time with Colville Realty Group, Lais focuses on building relationships, creating clear plans, and helping clients navigate buying and selling with organization and clarity.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, going for walks, connecting with friends, and creating detailed Excel systems that support both her clients and the business.
