Meet D. Brian Colville III
Brian is a third-generation real estate professional who brings hands-on experience across various real estate services, including buying, selling, investing, and new construction. Over the past six years, he has provided home buying assistance to a diverse range of clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, while also developing and managing his own real estate portfolio alongside his wife, Lais.
In his comprehensive role, Brian is actively involved in all aspects of the business, including property management, renovations, house flips, and new construction projects. He has personally remodeled every property in his portfolio with his father, which has equipped him with practical insights into construction, property value, and long-term investment strategy.
Passionate about real estate, Brian is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through clear planning, effective execution, and a long-term mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, spending quality time with family, and engaging with his young son.
Meet Lais Colville
Lais brings a strong analytical and project-driven approach to real estate services. She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from BU and has a background in large-scale civil project cost management, specializing in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
In addition to her analytical expertise, Lais has experience in property and casualty insurance, where she worked closely with clients and developed a solid foundation in communication and relationship management. She carries that same client-focused approach into real estate, ensuring each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the home buying assistance process.
Now working full time with Colville Realty Group, Lais concentrates on building relationships, creating clear plans, and helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling with organization and clarity, a valuable aspect of her real estate services.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, going for walks, connecting with friends, and creating detailed Excel systems that support both her clients and the business in property management.
